Delivery of Ordered Products

The delivery of ordered products is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery is carried out by various delivery service partners. Delivery is made, where accessible, to the front door for private individuals and to the reception for corporate customers, against a signature.

Upon handing over the order, the benefits and risks, particularly the risk of theft, damage by third parties, and environmental influences, pass to the customer.

Delivery Times and Adherence to Delivery Deadlines

Impossibility of Delivery

In the event that our delivery service partners are unable to deliver an order, Alchymia GmbH is not obligated to fulfill the delivery in any other way. In this case, the order will be canceled by Alchymia GmbH, and the customer will be notified by email.

The customer is not entitled to compensation in this regard.

The customer is obligated to provide accurate information and adhere to their provided information. If the customer violates this and Alchymia GmbH cannot deliver the order as a result, for example, due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, Alchymia GmbH is entitled to cancel the order and demand a flat processing fee of CHF 70.00.

Incomplete Fulfillment of the Order

We strive to deliver all ordered products in sufficient quantity and high quality. In exceptional cases, despite our efforts, it may happen that, for various reasons, an insufficient number of products are available or cannot be released for delivery. Alchymia GmbH reserves the right to make partial deliveries in such cases. In this case, the customer will be notified by email before the goods are delivered.

The customer is not entitled to real or compensatory damages for partial deliveries.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will be indicated at the time of ordering. Depending on the product range and delivery method, a minimum order value may apply.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs, including applicable value-added tax. The prices displayed on the webshop's website at the time of ordering are always binding. (Subject to errors)

Payment Methods and Payment Deadlines

The various payment options include: credit card, TWINT, PostFinance.

For legal entities, the payment method "on invoice" is available only upon written request (invoice request for companies or invoice request for public institutions).

Invoices will be sent electronically or by mail to the main address provided by the customer after delivery, or will be included directly with the delivery. Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of receipt the goods without deductions or other discounts. Unauthorized deductions will be charged back. In case of non-timely payment, an administrative fee of CHF 20.00 plus a default interest of 5% per annum from the due date will be charged.

Credit Check / Creditworthiness

Alchymia GmbH is entitled to make the delivery of orders dependent on a creditworthiness check.

By placing an order, the customer expressly authorizes Alchymia GmbH to conduct creditworthiness checks at its own discretion and, if necessary, to disclose customer data to third parties for this purpose.
