Terms and conditions

SCOPE

Our offer is directed at adult individuals residing in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, as well as legal entities based in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

These Terms and Conditions regulate all processes of the purchasing procedure conducted through the online supermarket, particularly registration and provision of customer data, ordering, delivery, payment, customer service, complaints, and the use of customer data.

The use of customer data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Explicit reference is made to the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION

Registration on the Alchymia Webshop is exclusively reserved for legally competent individuals. To place an order, the customer must identify themselves on the webshop with their email address and password. The data required for creating a user account must be provided by the customer completely and truthfully. The customer is responsible for updating their data. Registration is free of charge. There is no entitlement to access the webshop.

The customer undertakes to protect access to their user account and not to disclose the password used for access to third parties.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT (ORDER)

The order is binding for the customer when they complete the online ordering process by clicking the confirmation button "Place order." After clicking the confirmation button, the customer cannot modify the content of the order. By clicking the confirmation button, the customer confirms the accuracy of all information provided by them. By clicking the confirmation button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the ordered products. The customer receives immediate confirmation of their order receipt by email after completing the ordering process. Alchymia GmbH is free to not accept an order and to refuse its confirmation.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Amendment of orders is only possible as long as the customer has not completed the ordering process by clicking the confirmation button "Place order." Once the customer has clicked the confirmation button, amending the order is no longer possible.

Alchymia GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders. In this case, the customer will be notified by email before the goods are dispatched.

WARRANTY OF DATA COMMUNICATION

Data communication over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times given the current state of technology. Therefore, Alchymia GmbH is not liable for the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the webshop, nor for technical and electronic errors during ordering processes, especially not for the delayed processing or acceptance of orders.

COMPLAINTS

For complaints, please write an email to info@alchymia.ch.

Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to have been accepted as flawless by the customer. Hidden defects must be reported to customer service immediately upon discovery.

If the complaint is justified, the customer will be refunded the purchase price. The customer keeps the product. The method of refunding the purchase price depends on the chosen payment method. For certain payment methods, the customer will receive the monetary amount in the form of a gift card. This is the case when a refund using the chosen payment method or a chargeback to the chosen payment method is not possible.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Conflicts between languages

In the event of any uncertainties and/or contradictions between the German, French, Italian, and/or English texts, only the German text is authoritative.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

Alchymia GmbH reserves the right to amend these present Terms and Conditions at any time. By placing the first order after the publication of the new Terms and Conditions, the customer accepts the new provisions.

Severability clause

If parts of these Terms and Conditions are proven to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for natural and legal persons is Lenzburg.
